What is the best way to clean seats that were taken out of a minivan and have ended up out in the rain?

Sounds like something you DO NOT do. Look around a local pull-a-part and pickup a "clean" set of seats. If the ones you have are moldy, it could be very bad for your respiratory system when put back in the car. Unless you plan on taking the seats apart and re-upholstering them, go with the "used" route.
