small SUVs

Which SUV is better? RAV4? Subaru Forester? VW Tiguan? Ford Escape? Nissan Rouge? I'm looking for a small SUV, I just want to know which one is better?

I love the look of the VW. I love the performance of the Subaru. The Toyota will be amazing value for money and not as pretentious as the VW or Subaru. Friends have said great things about the Rouge as well.

I am the internet manager for Nissan, Hyundai, BMW, and Pontiac dealerships in Dubuque, Iowa. It seems that you are looking for a Crossover and not an SUV. There is a very distinct difference in the two.

We have seen great results with the Nissan Rogue and our customers love the fact that it is intuitive and not all-time AWD or 4WD. Our customers are averaging about 28mpg on the highway with 87 octane. Our customers also love that you can get into a AWD vehicle in the low $20,000s price range.

I have never seen anything take off quite like the Hyundai Santa Fe. If you are looking for a Crossover with great room, gas mileage and features you will be hard pressed to find something with more value.

The BMW line is more expensive when they are brand new but you can get into a used X3 SAV (Sport Activity Vehicle) with a 2006 year model and ~30K miles for the same price as a new crossover and have "The Ultimate Driving Machine". I have taken several customers interested in new crossovers and showed them that a BMW is something that they can afford and once you drive a BMW over any other crossover you will not go back.
